One Centre Street Inn is an elegant Cape Cod bed and breakfast with all the amenities of the present, while retaining the charm of the past.

Our Cape Cod inn is situated amongst stately Sea Captains' homes and other historic parsonages. Originally an 1824 parsonage, we are centrally located on Olde Kings Highway (Route 6A), which winds through the Center of Yarmouth Port like a gently meandering river. Olde Kings Highway is the most beautiful and scenic travel route on all of Cape Cod. One Centre Street Inn is a short walk or bike ride to antique shops, fine restaurants, art galleries, great golf courses, and Gray's Beach (just 1 mile down our scenic road). A short drive will bring you to other area attractions including the Cape Playhouse, Cape Cod Melody Tent, spectacular whale watching tours, deep sea fishing, and ferries to Nantucket or Martha’s Vineyard. We are also ideally situated for day trips to Provincetown, Chatham, and the National Seashore beaches.

Our five guest rooms are named after prominent people who lived in Yarmouth Port during the 1800s. They are uniquely decorated in historic colors, offering a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere.
